Welcome to KingsConference! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of KingsConference and its associated services, features, and functionalities (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regolations and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not engage in any conduct that, in our sole discretion, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Service. This applies to everything you contribute through the Service, including chat messages, live audio and video, screen shares, guest display names, reactions, recordings, and meeting notes. In particular, you may not use the Service to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others; to post or transmit hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content; to share content that is illegal or that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; to impersonate any person; or to distribute spam, scams, or malware.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report objectionable content or behavior and block abusive users from within the Service, and we will review and act on such reports.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such User Content.
You may not submit, post, display, or transmit any content - whether through chat, live audio or video, screen sharing, reactions, recordings, notes, or your display name - that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringing on the rights of others.
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
The owner or administrator of KingsConference ("Administrator") has the authority to manage and administer the Service, including but not limited to user accounts, content moderation, and overall system functionality.
The Administrator may take actions, at their discretion, to ensure the proper functioning and use of KingsConference, including the suspension or termination of user accounts, removal of content, and implementation of necessary updates.
To enforce these Terms, Hosts and Administrators may moderate Sessions in real time - including muting or removing participants, holding participants in the Waiting Room, and removing content - and users may report objectionable content and block abusive users. We may remove content, and suspend or terminate access to the Service, for any violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
